When do I need to pay?

Payment terms will be advised on quotation.

Do you offer any packing services?

We do offer a packing service. Please let us know if this is something you require at the time of requesting a quote and we can arrange a time to come to your home or office and assess your packing needs.

Will my move be insured?

We hold goods in transit insurance to the value of £15,000 per van load.

Any claim must be reported to us in writing within 24 hours of the completion of your removal.

It is the customer's responsibility to inform us in advance of any high value items (which will need to be inventoried) and arrange appropriate insurance where necessary.

Do I need to organise parking?

Our vehicles are large and generally require two normal parking spaces to allow full access to the tail-lift. Please let us know what the parking situation is at your property at the time of booking and we can discuss any arrangements you may need to make.

After I send you my quotation, how long will it take for you to come round?

We aim to answer all quotations within 24hrs. If you require us to visit your premises to discuss any packing needs or such like we will then make an appointment with you at your convenience, for as soon as possible depending on your moving date.

What is included in the quotation?

All quotations are different as we tailor them to your specific needs, however our quotations are fully inclusive and will cover all aspects required such as: packing materials, packing service, removal service, congestion charge and waste disposal.

How much notice do I need to give when making a booking?

It is best to book your move as soon as you have a confirmed moving date to ensure we have availability on that day. We will always do our best to accommodate you, and do take jobs at short or no notice if we are not already booked but the more notice you can give the better.



We always endeavour to donate or recycle (rather than dispose of) items where possible.
